Have you ever wondered where the BTInet technical support center is located? It is located in the safety of central North Dakota, right next door to our Tier IV data center. Far away from hurricanes, earthquakes and floods! 

The BTInet Help Desk is staffed from 8AM to 8PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our staff is knowledgeable in all aspects of Internet use, from initially setting up your BTInet account, to connecting to the Internet, to general browsing as well as sending and receiving e-mail.

Remember the basics when contacting a helpdesk:

  1. Be prepared to leave your name & number in voicemail. Unfortunately, we may not have enough staff available all of the time to keep up with all of our customers. But you can rest assured, a return phone call will not be long.
  2. Have your computer turned on and have your question prepared.
  3. Have any error messages written down.
  4. Allow sufficient time. Some issues are simple and can be resolved in a short amount of time, but because all computers are a bit different, it may take a little bit of time to find the perfect resolution to your issue.

And remember…don’t hesitate to contact us! We boast our help desk staff as one of our major assets and want you to feel comfortable calling them when you need help.
