Is this email from BTInet?

Today I have received numerous uneasy customer phone calls concerned that BTInet had sent them an email about a Customer Care Upgrade. Within this email it asks you for your name, username, password, and so on.

BTInet will never ask any of their customers for any usernames, password and etc. This is a SCAM email that is NOT from BTInet.
